What is the Weight of the Sled in Hyrox?

The sled is a key component of the Hyrox race and is featured in two distinct rounds, challenging participants’ strength and endurance. In each round, competitors are required to push the sled for 50 meters and then pull it for another 50 meters, demanding both upper and lower body power, as well as grip strength and stamina.

The weight of the sled varies depending on the division (Individual, Doubles or Pro) and category (Men or Women).

It’s important to note that the sled weight includes the weight of the sled itself, making it a true test of functional fitness. For instance, the Pro division generally features the heaviest sleds, while the Open and Doubles divisions use lighter weights, ensuring inclusivity for a range of fitness levels.
